Five-storey office redevelopment in Putney, supported from feasibility through to implementation

Challenge: Unlocking two additional storeys of floorspace overlooked by a large number of residents.


D&L Input: Development & Light worked closely with the project team from inception through to implementation, providing design feedback and liaising with planning officers and affected residents. Daylight & Sunlight amenity to neighbours was a key concern throughout.


Outcome: Design objectives achieved within a sensitive urban context.
