Challenge: The project required massing optimisation while respecting neighbouring amenity in a sensitive locality.


D&L Input: Development & Light worked closely with the design team to create a building envelope that responded appropriately to neighbouring amenity. Thereafter, we provided further design guidance and liaised with planning officers to corroborate the position.
