Mixed-use scheme forming part of International Quarter London, delivering new market, social and student housing within a network of landscapes and public squares.

Challenge: The scheme sits between Westfield and the East Village, forming one of the remaining Olympic Legacy development parcels.


D&L Input: Development & Light supported the scheme with daylight and sunlight advice, including the relationship with neighbouring amenity and internal daylighting for apartments and student accommodation.


Outcome: The proposals help stitch together a key urban parcel while responding to neighbouring daylight and sunlight amenity and supporting quality internal daylighting.
