Development & Light led the internal daylight on the project that gained planning approval for the partial demolition and redevelopment of the existing multi storey car park to provide new homes (Use Class C3), landscaping, car and cycle parking, and other associated works.

The project saw us deliver iterative Spatial Daylight Autonomy (SDA) testing to ensure the natural lighting within each new apartment was optimised in terms of layout, glazing specification and finish.
