Conversion of two unique Grade II Listed Buildings into 124 new high-quality homes.

Challenge: The original buildings were high specification corporate offices and research laboratories for HJ Heinz UK Limited.


D&L Input: Development & Light led internal daylight work and delivered iterative Spatial Daylight Autonomy testing.


Outcome: Testing helped optimise natural lighting within each new apartment in terms of layout, glazing specification and finish.
